Your Tasks:

Media Relations

• You support the implementation of KPI-oriented projects and campaigns based on strategic concepts and ensure their success.
• You create press releases, media alerts, and newsletters, pitch topics directly to journalists, and coordinate interviews.
• You assist in media relations, maintain contact with journalists, and create as well as update media lists.
• You monitor and identify relevant trends and news in the media environment.

• You support the planning and execution of influencer campaigns (research and identification of suitable influencers, analysis of metrics and content, outreach and relationship management, coordination of collaborations, briefings, success monitoring, and reporting).
• You contribute to the management of the social media channels for both clients and the agency.
• You assist with content creation, planning, and community management.

Event Coordination

• You assist in the planning and execution of events and press trips.
• You coordinate invitations, guest lists, event materials, and service providers.
• You support guests on-site and help with event follow-up.

Content Creation

• You create texts, newsletters, social media posts, briefings, and other PR materials.
• You assist in the design of press kits and presentations.
• You plan and prepare professional video and photo productions.

Controlling and Reporting

• You monitor client budgets, time expenditure, and costs to ensure profitability for both the clients and the agency.
• You track the KPIs of your projects and independently prepare client reports based on standard metrics.

Client Care

• You are actively and regularly involved in communication with clients from Germany and the UK to discuss the progress of PR measures.
• You create status reports and presentations for clients.
• You support the development of PR strategies and concepts.

What You Ideally Bring:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in the press/communications department of a company or a PR agency within the lifestyle, beauty, and fashion sector, ideally with social media and influencer relations
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, structured, and goal-oriented working style
• Excellent writing skills and a keen sense for relevant content
• Experience in client management and basic knowledge in budget management and cost control
• Fluent German and English skills
• A good understanding of PR and social media channels as well as knowledge in the efficient use of relevant AI tools
• A high degree of initiative and quality awareness
• Empathy, enjoyment in networking, and enthusiasm for building long-term relationships with clients and the media
• Willingness to travel occasionally

SALARY RANGE: €30,000 – €35,000 gross annual salary
